The professional learning of science teachers is an area of interest among many in education. One way to support the learning of science teachers is through district leaders, who are specifically in charge of designing and developing professional learning programs for teachers. Unfortunately, most district leaders arrive to their positions with little background about how to work with teachers, cultivate district initiatives, or how to build coherent curricular plans. This project proposes a program to support district leaders in their positions, and explores how this program impacts the work of district leaders and their teachers.
