The Women in Leadership Conference began as a passionate initiative driven by students and staff dedicated to advancing women’s leadership. Over the past 15 years, it has grown, equipping attendees with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to engage in effective leadership. The conference addresses key topics in women in leadership. Open to all faculty, staff, and community members, the conference continues to foster growth and empowerment, building leadership capacity for all attendees.

"Last year, I had the pleasure of attending the Women in Leadership Conference for the first time. I also had the pleasure of being the Marketing Chair. Although I had a team position, I was still able to sit in at the conference and soak up all of the amazing advice, womanhood and leadership skills I desired. This experience helped me regain my confidence as a female leader. I often still reflect on the notes I wrote during the presentations, the intentionality and heart of our speakers was felt and needed. This conference will always be one of the highlights to my Clemson journey. It reminded me that leadership is necessary, and womanhood is celebrated! I’m excited to see how the team continues to cultivate strength, resilience and joy in more women leaders."
Getting There:
The Women in Leadership Conference will be held at the Hendrix Student Center at Clemson University.
Parking
Parking is available for attendees in front of the building as well as in the C1 Parking Lot.
