Kate Miller is a leader, coach, and catalyst for growth. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Special Education, she was both an academic and athletic All-American in soccer, earning induction into the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017. Her path—from high-performance athletics to education, restaurant management, and marketing—ultimately led her to Lululemon in 2008, where she chose to build a lasting career.

Over nearly 17 years, Kate has grown from working in North American retail stores to serving as the Director of Learning and Leadership for North America. She is dedicated to unlocking human potential, helping individuals, teams, and organizations understand who they are, recognize their unique value, and break through the limitations that hold them back.

Kate creates spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. She challenges individuals to step beyond self-doubt, embrace their full potential, and navigate the moments where they may hold themselves small. As a teacher, coach, and advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, she shapes cultures of high performance and deep care.

Kate believes in radical self-acceptance and the power of owning one’s impact. She leads with curiosity and purpose, inspiring others to grow, connect, and create meaningful change—one bold step at a time.
