Jane Ready
Hi everyone! My name is Jane Ready, and I’m one of the Co-Vice Presidents of Recruitment for
Kappa Alpha Pi at Clemson.
When I first joined KAPi, I was just hoping to meet people who cared about the same things I
did. The pre-law path can be daunting, and I knew I wanted to be part of a community of others going through the same thing. I didn’t know exactly what I would find, but this organization
quickly became something really meaningful to me.
From the very beginning, I felt so welcomed, supported, and encouraged to be myself. KAPi has given me a space to grow, take on new challenges, and be surrounded by people who inspire me. It’s where I’ve made so many meaningful connections.
As Co-Vice President of Recruitment, I want every potential member to feel that same sense of belonging. Whether you’re set on law school or just exploring your interests, there is space for you here. One thing I love about KAPi is how different all of our interests are. We’re all about building each other up, learning together, and creating something meaningful.
If you’re looking for a community that feels like home, I hope you’ll consider joining us. I’m so excited for everything ahead and can’t wait to meet you.
With lots of love,
Jane Ready

Leana Giliberti
Hi everyone! My name is Leana Giliberti, and I am honored to serve as one of the Co-Vice Presidents of Recruitment for Kappa Alpha Pi at Clemson University. From the moment I first learned about KAPi, I had a feeling it was the community I had been searching for. After transitioning to a nontraditional academic path toward law during the second semester of my freshman year, I worried that I wouldn’t be surrounded by like-minded students who shared my goals and interests. KAPi quickly proved to be exactly what I was looking for.
After attending my first rush event, it became clear that KAPi was more than just an organization, it was a genuine family. The way the brothers supported one another, learned together, and consistently uplifted each other created the exact environment I had hoped to find at Clemson. Navigating the pre-law track can feel overwhelming, and having a strong support system makes all the difference. I knew joining KAPi would help me grow, but I never imagined how impactful the experience would truly be.
Joining the Delta Class in Spring 2025 opened the door to countless opportunities, new perspectives, and friendships I know will last a lifetime. Professionally, I gained valuable skills through resume workshops, LSAT preparation, and a deeper understanding of what professionalism looks like in practice. Beyond that, I learned the importance of networking, building meaningful relationships, and stepping into leadership roles with confidence.
As Co-Vice President of Recruitment, my goal is to ensure that every potential new member sees the spark that makes KAPi so special. This organization is not just for those following a traditional path to law school, it is for anyone with an interest in law, government, or advocacy. If you are looking for a space that will challenge you, support you, and encourage you to grow, I hope you’ll take the leap and explore what Kappa Alpha Pi has to offer. I can’t wait to meet each of you and help you find a place that feels like home, just as KAPi has for me.
With love,
Leana Giliberti
