A Collegiate Chapter of the FFA was first organized at Clemson University in the 1930's. The purpose of the organization was to promote the ideals of leadership, personal growth, and career development. The organization also promotes brotherhood and cooperation of students to always have a support system. During the Spring of 1981, the group chose to realign with the State and National FFA Organization and is now an official Collegiate FFA Chapter. CCFFA will have monthly meetings; dedicated to professional development and fellowship. Participation in the State FFA Convention at Clemson and the National FFA Convention are highlights for the group. Each year the club will sponsor a community service project to be completed by our members in a nearby area. CCFFA also strives to build connections and relationships with local middle and high school chapters. CCFFA is not limited those students majoring in Agricultural Education. All students interested in Agriculture, Forestry, or the Life Sciences are eligible for membership. The Clemson Collegiate FFA abides by the same constitution and bylaws as our national
