To Campus

Korakuen campus is located right in the heart of Tokyo, just north of the Imperial Palace. 

The campus is situated in a prominent educational district surrounded by distinguished universities. At the same time, it is right next to vibrant downtown areas, offering a unique blend of academic inspiration and exciting city life.

For access from your hotel to the campus, we recommend using waling, subway (JR, Tokyo Metro, and Toei Transportation) or taxi.

From Airports

Tokyo has two major airports: Haneda and Narita. It takes only 30 minutes from Haneda to the city center, so we recommend flying into Haneda. But if you arrive at Narita, it is just an hour away, and there are 2 types of direct, non-stop express trains that take you straight to the heart of the city.

Haneda Airport is located in Tokyo and convenient (we recommend Haneda Airport!). Bus service is convenient from the airport to the nearest station of hotels. Taxi price from the airport to the center of Tokyo may vary from 5,000JPY to 9,000JPY ($1=150JPY). For direct access to several hotels, Airport Limousine Bus can be available.

Public transportation

Narita Airport is a little far from Tokyo. But there are 2 types of direct, non-stop express trains that take you straight to the heart of the city. Bus service convenient from the airport to the nearest station of hotels. Taxi from the airport to the center of Tokyo is a little bit expensive; fixed rate to the center of Tokyo is from 26,000JPY to 29,000JPY. For direct access to several hotels, Airport Limousine Bus can be available.

The following are not conference hotels but just recommended hotels (standard budget, not luxary). 

Criteria:

• Near the campus,

• Fair room & service,

• reasonable price (standard budget) and 

• Better WOM in Ikkyu (a reliable reservation site for decent hotels in Japan)

• It is advisable to reserve it as early as possible due to its capacity.
