Please kindly bring your own PC;  a Windows PC is equipped in the room and available.

Presentation Time

- For general sessions, we would like to ask maximum 20 minutes presentation including Q&A discussion.

- For keynote speeches, we would like to ask maximum 30 minutes presentation. Q&A discussion will be held during the panel discussion after speeches.

  A timekeeper tells you how much time remains in your presentation.

Dress Code

We would like to ask very very casual dress code. Tokyo is at its most unpleasant season with heat, rain and humidity; and this symposium is very homelike and intimate.

Meeting Time & Place

Breakfast is provided for speakers in cafeteria, 1st basement floor, at 830 am.

language

English is used but an online English-Japanese interpretation facility by Webex is used. When you bring your PC or smartphone with Webex and Edurome set up, you are able to see Japanese translation on Webex.
