BSBA MAJOR IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

The Operations Management program prepares students to manage the operations of manufacturing, agri-business as well as service enterprises, focusing on the need to produce and deliver products and services on time and within budget effectively and efficiently. The program curriculum covers all aspects of operations with the organization including the management of purchases, inventory, production and service quality, logistics, supply chain and distribution.

To program aims to produce business professionals who:

Holistic Person. Are well-rounded individuals who fully know themselves, the Filipino society, the world, and the environment, and how these are interconnected.

Management Specialist. Practice specialization in the functional areas of business (Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Financial Management, and Business Economics) with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in the organization or in managing their own business.
