Student Congress

UIL Student Congress is a mock legislative assembly competition where students simulate the roles of lawmakers. Competitors research, debate, and vote on bills and resolutions, developing skills in public speaking, critical thinking, and parliamentary procedure. This event allows students to engage in civic discussion, fostering an understanding of government processes and legislative decision-making.
