本課程將以:
等提供的全球各國憲法文獻為基礎,佐以專業書籍、論文及其他相關輔助文獻,作為上課及研討之教材。課堂上在上完比較憲法基本概念、課程範圍、研究方法後,選課者應選擇2~3個國家憲法,依其興趣選擇一個專題進行研究,撰寫報告。透過比較憲法學習及研究,了解國際上不同歷史階段、不同國家種族/地理/文化/背景反映在憲法上的面貌,擴大師生憲法的國際觀。
To develop and promote a sound understanding of the constitutional systems in the global vision, both in underlying and practical operation;
• to examine and advise on the constitutional and legal framework for relations between levels of government, in theory and practical operation;
• to introduce comparative constitutional concepts and knowledge about comparative constitutional practices into the Taiwan constitutional debate;
• to examine and evaluate the global and Taiwan constitutional system and to contribute actively to the debate on the relative issues;
• to contribute to the possibly debate on constitutional issues between the cross-strait in the future with the experience of the separated country;
