Pei-Shih Weng, Professor of Finance at National Sun Yat-sen University, specializes in research on empirical financial studies related to behavioral finance, corporate governance, market microstructure, and investments. His particular focus on behavioral finance is related to individual investors, while recent research also focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and green finance. Professor Weng received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 2002 and attended National Chung Hsing University where he received an M.S. in Finance in 2004. After spending a year working as a research assistant for National Taiwan University (Dept. of Finance), he attended National Central University. He completed his Ph.D. in Finance in 2011. Before joining National Sun Yat-sen University in August 2020, Professor Weng spent seven years as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Finance at National Dong Hwa University; currently also a member of the NCKU-CE90 Bright Trekking Club. 

我是國立中山大學財管系教授翁培師，主要從事行為財務學、公司治理、市場微結構和投資學等財務實證研究。我的研究重點是個別投資者行為，最近的研究興趣也跨足企業社會責任(CSR)和綠色金融。我於2002年在國立成功大學獲得土木工程學士學位，並於2004年在國立中興大學獲得財務金融碩士學位。在國立台灣大學擔任一年的研究助理後，我進入國立中央大學就讀並於2011年獲得了財務金融博士學位。在2020年8月加入中山大學之前，我於國立東華大學財金系服務七年，擔任助理教授和副教授。目前亦同時為NCKU-CE90光明登山隊成員。
