Internet & Cellular Services

  • Charter Spectrum is offering 60 days of free internet services for households with K-12 and/or college students - Call 1-844-488-8395.

  • AT&T Wireless will not terminate the service of any customer due to inability to pay due to disruptions caused by the pandemic. AT&T will waive any late payment fees that customers may incur because of economic hardship related to the pandemic. AT&T will keep public Wi-Fi hotspots open for any American who needs them.   • Sprint: Not terminating service if they are unable to pay their Sprint bill because of the coronavirus. Waiving late fees incurred because of economic circumstances related to the pandemic. Customers with metered data plans will receive unlimited data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost. Providing customers with an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost. Customers with mobile hotspot-capable handsets who don’t have mobile hotspot today will now get 20GB as well per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost.   • T-Mobile: All current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days. Utilities

  • Ameren has suspended disconnections, late fee forgiveness

  • Spire has suspended disconnections through March 2020

  • City of St. Louis has ceased all water shutoffs until May 15

Compass Health Network has a compilation of resources to help families with children cope with COVID-19. Click HERE.

The National Association of School Psychologists has put together some resources and guidelines for parents on how to talk to children about the COVID-19 crisis. You can access there information HERE.

Preferred Family Healthcare: Now offering telehealth support groups during the COVID-19 crisis. Several are geared towards middle school aged children. Click HERE for the flyer and schedule of sessions.

Megan Meier Foundation: Now offering telehealth services with clinicians seeing clients through virtual sessions on Zoom. All counseling services are provided free of charge to youth under 19 years of age who reside in St. Charles County. For more information on these services, click HERE!

Private Counseling or Therapy: If you already have a therapist or counselor, you may be able to continue to see them online. Reach out to them and ask about telehealth options. Many insurance companies and Medicare have approved payments for video counseling and there are free options for HIPAA compliant teleconferencing services.
