Our team of computer technicians is available during normal school hours to assist you with technology issues. Our team responds on a first-come, first-serve basis for all families in the district. In addition, we have a number of instructional staff that help us answer questions that may be more classroom focused than purely hardware and software.
If you need assistance with classwork, an application that your teacher is requesting you to use, or scheduling related to anything in class, please reach out to your teacher.
If you are in need of a device or internet service option in order to learn from home as part of the FZ Virtual program, please contact the School Principal
If you need technical help, please send an email to helpdesk@fz.k12.mo.us, and include your student's name, school, and a description of the problem.
Note: Our team can only help with district equipment and applications. Unfortunately we cannot provide assistance for personal technology issues, but we will do our best to assist with district services you are trying to access on a personal device. There may be times at which we can no longer help because of an issue with your personal equipment.
