A+ Homework Help: FREE! NMS has partnered with NHS to offer homework help on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30pm in Room 319. Permission slips are available in the Counseling Office if you are interested. Students can also sign up for the activity bus if they need a ride home!
Club Z Tutoring: Local tutoring service that provides in-home tutoring for a fee.
Boys & Girls Club: $25 annual membership that provides homework help (and things like recreation, anti-bullying, healthy habits, and STEM). Transportation is available. Questions: 636-240-9150 or FrontDeskOF@BGCSTC.ORG
Mathnasium: Local tutoring service that provides tutoring in the area of math for a fee.

Mindfulness
Practicing mindfulness can help kids and teens learn how to manage stress, regulate their emotions, focus on the task at hand, and develop a positive outlook on life. Kids and teens who use mindfulness also develop a better understanding of how their brains work.
