Class Description:

Students will develop basic math skills and study skill that will help them throughout the year. Skills will include organizing, planning, writing, skill building and goal setting. Students will study a variety of math elements and use devices that will help them analyze math in their everyday life.

• Paper

• Pencils

• Erasers

• Highlighter

Expectations:

1. Be Respectful!!

2. Bring supplies to class.

3. Be organized.

4. Be willing to work with others.

Grades

EVERYTHING you do is part of your grade. Students will receive grades for:

· Bell work - 10%

· Readiness/ Participation -15%

· Classwork – 20%

· Projects /Group work– 15%

· Virtual notebook check 10%

· Quizzes -20%

· Homework 10%
