Students of the Month

Each month, the teachers will utilize the concept of "Deep Learning" in their teaching, which will allow the students to show their competency through the utilization of the 6 C's (6 Competencies). Each of the 6 C's is detailed in the below graphic.

The first semester was focused specifically on the "C" of "Character. Here is when each "C" will be the month's focus:

• August: Character - "Tenacity"

• September: Character - "Grit and/or Perseverance"

• October: Character - "Resilience"

• November: Character - "Self Regulation"

• December: Character - "Responsibility and/or Integrity"

• January: Citizenship

• February: Collaboration

• March: Communication

• April: Creativity

• May: Critical Thinking
