Masks must be worn in all common areas over both the mouth and nose.

• This includes stands, hallways, benches and washrooms

• It is the responsibility of the coaching staff to ensure their teams are following the rules.

Players can remove masks for warmup and when they are playing/entering the game

Change rooms will be marked with HOME and GUEST

Home vs Guest will be determined based on the game schedule

• The Team 1 on the draw will use the HOME change room

• The Team 2 on the draw will use the GUEST change room

Teams can enter (and stay in) their change room during the 4th quarter. They are not permitted to sit in the bleachers but can be in their change room

Coaches are asked to be in the change room or outside the door

Teams will have 15 minutes at the conclusion of their game to use the change room again.

Do not leave belongings in the change room.

Light Jersey vs Dark Jersey will be determined based on the game schedule

• The Team 1 on the draw will use their Light colored jersey (if possible)

• The Team 2 on the draw will use their Dark colored jersey (if possible)

Each coaching staff (coach, a.coach, manager) will be required to wear their tournament pass to enter the school

Bus drivers will also be required to wear a tournament pass to enter

Each team will be assigned a classroom to alleviate congestion in hallways and lack of space in gym (due to covid regulations)

All classrooms at HLPS will be available after 3:30pm on Friday until after teams final game

Conditions

• Coaches must stay with players while in classroom

• please ensure no ball use (passing, dribbling, etc) or sports activities in hallways

• please do not touch classroom material

• HLPS is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure their assigned classroom is maintained throughout the weekend
