Welcome!
Back to those wonderful stories... !
Welcome back to school! It is so great to start a fresh new year and begin a new chapter with new friends, classes and new teachers. What better place to connect with your old and new friends than the library. By friends I do include both people and books!
We will go over a lot of the library procedures when we meet for orientations. But just know that I am looking forward to seeing you all in person. Here is to a great year of learning and discovering new stories.

Keep reading and leading!
A big thank you to all my parent and student volunteers. Your hard work is invaluable. I can't begin to say how much of a difference your work here makes to the quality of the library. I am beyond grateful !
A number of you, have told me that you don't really know how to search for books online and place holds etc. I have included a number of video tutorials in the destiny tutorials tab that should help you navigate our vast collection of books. You will also find information on our schedule, clubs at the library, library policy and other fun stuff.
Take your time and click through all the tabs, there is a lot of fun stuff the whole family can enjoy. Some forms and games may require you to have signed in with your FUSD email/ password. This is to keep the site secure for everyone.
Till the next update, your friendly neighborhood librarian :)

About me
My name is Subha Varadan and working in a library has been a life long dream. I love books and I love children! I love how both of them can transform your ideas about the world.
My journey through books saw me pursuing a very diverse academic background with a Bachelor in Architecture and an M.B.A in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Reading has been key to mesh both creative and analytical ideas and it is my purpose to make it as accessible and enjoyable as possible.
