A Little About Our Class
In Room 44, you'll have me for your English and History periods. My priority is that you come in each day feeling safe, welcome, and excited to be an active class member.
In English, we'll be focused on reading novels, analyzing story elements and figurative language, and writing to express ideas using text evidence. In History, we will explore early world civilizations, learn about their lasting impacts, and analyze historical sources. Together, these subjects will help you become an analytical thinker, an effective communicator, and an excellent collaborator!
