Course Description
Mommy/ Daddy & Me is a parent education program that offers educational and engaging activities for parents to enjoy with their children. Classes focus on creative art, open play, science exploration, reading readiness, pre-math skills, music & movement, and story time. Parents participate with their children in all aspects of the program. Parents will learn about and engage in various activities and parent discussions that will promote the social, emotional and academic growth of their children.
Attendance Policy
• There are no makeup days for classes that are missed due to travel, illness etc.
• Only the registered parent (adult) may attend class with their child each week. Registered students (parents) may not send another adult to class with their child. Families that experience a big life change such as the birth of a new baby, a sudden illness, or a major job change must have prior approval from the teacher and office manager before another adult begins attending class with their child.
• Siblings of the enrolled child may not come to class except for babies under 12 months old who are worn in a baby carrier for the entirety of the class each week. Babies may never be placed in infant carriers or strollers in the classrooms. • All registration requirements must be on file in our office before the parent and child may attend class. Parents need to have completed the emergency forms, signed our department policy, provided a copy of adult negative TB test and provided copies of their child’s immunization records.
Health and Safety Policy
We will continue to follow CDC, county, and district guidelines for our COVID-19 protocols and for information about when students should stay home from school due to illnesses. Please read our district guidelines here:

Snacks/No Nuts Policy
• Please bring a snack for your child every week.
• Please do not bring any food containing any nuts to school.
Cell Phones in the Classroom
• Cell phones should only be used when taking a quick picture of your cute kiddo or when you need to use it in cases of emergency. Please remember that we are always modeling school behavior for the children. Scrolling and texting on our cell phones instead of engaging in classroom activities is not part of our classroom rules and expectations.
• Please do not take pictures of your child with other students in our classes without prior permission from the child’s parent(adult).
Refund Policy
Please choose classes wisely as we do not offer refunds or credits towards future classes, or to another parent!
