About Mr. Loya

Hello and welcome to the 2025-2026 school year with Mr. Loya. I am a Fremont local. Growing up, I attended Azevada Elementary, Walter's Jr. High, and John F. Kennedy High School. I love playing sports and being active, as well as, spending time with my dog, DiNozzo, and my family. 

After graduating high school, I moved to Iowa to pursue my degree and play football. It was at Morningside University that I earned my degree in English education and ESL. While at Morningside, I was blessed to be apart of back to back NAIA Football National Championships. 

I taught at Kennedy High School after moving back to California for a year and a half and this will be my third year at Horner.
