I am Mrs. Huff and I am so thrilled to be teaching 3rd grade at Patterson!
Think of this page as a landing page of resources and information for our class. I look forward to getting to know all my students and their families as we go through the year!
I have been a public school teacher since the fall of 2014. My experience ranges from 2nd grade all the way up to 5th!
I graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2012 with my BS where I embraced the motto Learn by Doing which I try to incorporate into my classroom as much as possible. I earned my MA in Curriculum & Instruction from San Jose State in 2014. I have held various leadership roles, been very involved in developing school policies and traditions at previous schools, and hope to do so at Patterson as well. I was honored to be my previous school's Educator of the Year in 2026.
It is my absolute delight to be joining the staff at Patterson. My daughter and son both attend Patterson and I have hoped for the chance to teach at the same site as my own children. To have this opportunity is a dream come true for me.
