Welcome to 6th Grade!

A little bit about Mrs. Dekker...

I was born and raised in Fremont, California. I attended Millard, Walters, Horner, and graduated from Irvington High School. I have been teaching in Fremont for over 25 years, and this is my 17th year teaching 6th grade. I received my BA in International Studies with a concentration in Environmental Science at the University of Washington. I received my teaching credential at San Jose State University. I have continued my education at Cal State Hayward and have earned a certification to teach Science in the K-8 classroom.
