Proof of Residency - Proofs may be submitted through the IC portal beginning July 18, 2022.

Student Transit Pass - Registration begins once school starts. Information will be sent out via IC Messenger. Contact Registrar sloob@fusdk12.net
Student ID Cards - Lifetouch pictures will be taken August 26th and 27th. Pictures may be purchased. All students are required to have a picture taken for their ID cards which will be issued to all students.
How to Pay for Missing Books/Materials
Missing Book/Materials
If you have lost a textbook, Library book or English novel, please follow the instructions below to pay for the lost item. A hold may be placed on your transcript for materials not received.
Payment for books online **Materials not returned may incur student debt
Pay for lost/damaged textbooks and/or library books online.
1. Log in to MySchoolBucks.com or create a FREE account. To make a payment, you will need to have an account and add a student with a valid student ID.
2. On the home page, select Pay for lost/damaged textbooks OR Pay for lost/damaged library books.
3. Provide the information requested. Please make sure to state what item you are paying for and if it is a classroom book or library book.
4. Check out with your choice of payment method.
5. Print or save the receipt for your records.
6. Email a copy of the receipt, book title, student’s name with email subject “Book Payment” to Mrs. Aspacio at aaspacio@fusdk12.net.
7. Payment by checks are to be made payable to “FUSD/Hopkins”. Please include a note stating the student’s name and the book title and bring materials return.
