This is my 31st year in education, and my eighth year at Walters Middle School. I have 4 girls - two bio daughters and two bonus daughters. The two older girls have graduated from college and are out in the work force. Of the younger daughters, one is studying at Cal State East Bay, and the other is a Marine stationed in Okinawa. The picture here is of my husband and me with our four girls at the W Tree near Little Yosemite in Sunol. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, exercising (mostly walking, hiking, and yoga), and crocheting.  This summer I started playing with polymer clay. I'm not good at it, but I'm enjoying it.
