1. Get a good night’s sleep
Aim for 8–10 hours. Sleep helps your brain store and recall information.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast
Foods with protein and whole grains (eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, toast) help your brain stay focused longer.
3. Arrive prepared
Bring pencils, erasers, a charged computer if needed, and anything else required.
4. Stay positive
Remind yourself: “I prepared for this. I can do it.” Positive thinking helps reduce stress.
