Argentinians are well known for being friendly and outgoing. Dining at a family home is a unique experience, a relaxed occasion to interact with locals and get to know better their way of living. Participants are escorted from their hotels to the homes where (English speaking) hosts offer them a welcome drink. Dinner includes a typical Argentine meat, fish or chicken meal (entrée, main and dessert), with a selection of red or white wine. In this fulfilling experience, participants come as guests and leave as friends.

Discover the Argentinean asado in an experience that will invite you to taste the local meat. The asado, traditionally cooked by the gaucho from La Pampa (country man), is a ritual spread through generations. Before starting, know the importance of the gaucho knife and choose your own to use at the table. Then, the chef will present the different meat cuts and how to make an asado step by step. Dare yourself and prepare chimichurri, a spice, vegetable, and vinegar sauce. A complete proposal with 5 dishes and the best wines (all subject to changes) to know the delicious Argentinean asado backgrounds.

Discover the origins of Mendoza's olive growing, an olive-making plant, and end the guided tour with lunch in a dreamy environment of grapes, mountains, and olive trees. Cook with Celestina Abalos

Meet Celestina Abalos, she belongs to the Kolla Community, she has work for many years to help recover the Andean traditional cultivation, especially the quinoa, and now a specialist in this seed and she likes to incorporate it as characteristic ingredient in th meals she prepares. As she loves to cook, her dream is to have a tea house in her peaceful town of Tumbaya, but as she has not accomplished that, she doesn't give up and invites to share tea in her house, so travellers can taste her special recipes. Celestina opens the door of her very simple but cozy house, to teach the secrets of the Andean traditional cuisine. Some of her specialties are sweet dishes elaborated with Cuyi (corn flour), and regional dishes such as quinoa croquettes.
