Oliver has had a hard time finding a permeant home, but he is still smiling and hopeful. 

His story: 

1. First mom got divorced and had to give him up 

2. As far as we know second mom was an addict who sold him for drugs. Left him locked up a lot, shock collar and prong collar, serious skin condition. Clear neglect at a minimum

3. 3rd mom had problems with housing. The landlord originally let her keep him but than evicted him when a maintenance guy complained. He was an esa there and it was unlawful but the woman could not fight it. 

We want home 4 to be forever for him. He does get along with other dogs, assuming they do not dominate him and are properly introduced. Not recommended for cats. Loves kids. Prefers perfect weather, does not enjoy rain, snow, high wind, or too hot. he really is just a baby that is going to curl up with you and give you all the love

Jasper is an absolute sweetheart and he is a very timid. He gets anxious, and needs a lot of reassuring. He was by himself for a long time (we believe) and he is still not sure about humans. 

He loves stuffed animals and enjoys playing but he needs a lot of training. He is safe in his kennel and often choses to hang out in it. Any fence lower than 6 feet and he will jump it, so he needs a tall fence.

This is a dog that has been through a lot and needs someone who is willing to be patient and be his everything.
