WELCOME TO Mrs. Garcia's CLASS

Hello, I am Maria Garcia. I am thrilled to start this upcoming school year! With that being said this is my FIRST year teaching. I attended the university of Cal State San Marcos where I received my bachelors in Liberal Studies and a minor is Spanish. I also received my  teaching credential through the same university. I have worked with Kinder and 2nd graders. I have tutored newcomers and migrant students from different grade levels in elementary. 

An interesting fact about me is that I come form a large family. I have 2 older brother and 4 younger sister. I am also a Fallbrook native and love our little town.  

Hola, soy Maria Garcia. ¡Estoy encantada de comenzar este próximo año escolar! Dicho esto, este es mi PRIMER año enseñando. Asistí a la universidad de Cal State San Marcos donde recibí mi licenciatura en Estudios Liberales y una menor es español. También recibí mi credencial de enseñanza a través de la misma universidad. He trabajado con Kinder y estudiantes de segundo grado. Fui tutora de recién llegados y estudiantes migrantes de diferentes niveles de la primaria.

Un hecho interesante sobre mí es que vengo de una gran familia. Tengo 2 hermanos mayores y 4 hermanas menores. También soy una nativa de Fallbrook y amo nuestra pequeña ciudad.
