Back to School Night Presentation: August 25th @ 5:30-6:00, 6:05-6:35
Hi, I'm Mr. Porter! I am happy to say I will be your students' homeroom teacher this year. Our 6th grade team also consists of Ms. Boraks, Ms. Olson, and Mrs. McKee, who will also be assisting in your child's education. In years past, this model has proved to an effective way to prepare your students for Junior High/Middle School. We are so excited to meet you child, at the Meet and Greet and then in class soon. A little personal information about me; I grew up in North County San Diego most of my life and currently live in Temecula. I am a huge sports person and I almost played at a professional level in my past. I was recently married in March of 2026 to a 1st grade teacher on campus (formerly Ms. Horning). My team and I promise to always have your child's best interest in mind as we would our own children. We will push them to be the best version of themselves and to never give up no matter what the odds. Buckle up and get ready for a wild and fun year!!!!
