Hello!! I am Bailey Shannon, the instructional coach at Fallbrook STEM Academy. I live in Fallbrook with my husband, son, baby girl, and my dog, Arrow. 

I have a strong background in foundational education, and I am dedicated to fostering a dynamic and fun learning environment where every student and teacher can thrive. My ultimate goal is to empower and uplift both students and teachers by providing comprehensive support and guidance, all centered around the principle of best first instruction. 

I believe that by equipping educators with the best tools, strategies, and resources, we can collectively provide the highest quality education to our students.
