In children under the age of 18, nearly 6.1 million have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, also known as ADHD. That is just in the United States alone. Many of these children struggle to find resources that give them emotional and physical support. ADHD Advocacy was developed specifically to assist children and parents in the state of Indiana in finding resources that are best fit for their individual needs, whether those resources be physical or online.
ADHD Advocacy has two main pages, physical resources, and online resources. The physical resources tab connects individuals with therapists, doctors, and support groups that are available for in-person appointments. The online resources page connects individuals who need less physical contact resources. The resources on this page have online therapists, support groups, and even cell phone numbers that connect individuals to The National Resource Center on ADHD.
