Meet the Founder

Hello, my name is Zoie Alger. I am 18 years old and an incoming freshman at Indiana University-Purdue University- Indianapolis, where I plan on majoring in Philanthropic Studies. In 2016, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I found the hardest struggle of the disorder to be finding people to relate to. I created ADHD Advocacy so parents and young students with ADHD in Indiana have the resources they need to feel their voices be heard. In the future, I hope to travel to another country to allow me to research mental health more thoroughly as well as work with non-profit organizations such as the Indiana National Alliance of Mental Health and Mental Health America of Indiana. I hope this website helps you or someone you love get the support they need, and potentially change individuals´ lives for the better.
