I find insecure people to be incredibly draining, emotionally speaking. Here's a list of traits I've noticed that insecure people can exhibit:
Indecisiveness
Victim mentality
Allowing their emotions to take over, ruling them completely. Which often results in an impaired sense of judgement and logic.
To be clear, I'm not saying that being emotional is a bad thing - I actually believe the opposite. Being emotional is a good thing - provided that you can utilise your emotions effectively. Emotions are information - there is no such thing as good and bad emotions. By allowing yourself to feel your emotions, you are able to work with more information, and will be able to make better decisions as a result of having more information.

Google defines intelligence as "the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills".
I define intelligence as a willingness to learn, change and grow. The ability to acquire and apply knowledge by itself, does not make you intelligent. If you are not capable of learning, changing and growing, you're as stupid as they come.
Google defines stupid as "having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense". I agree with this definition.

When people get offended, it signals to me that they are very likely to be insecure.

If you have never experienced suicidal ideation yourself, then shut up. People who have no experience of this are telling us what we should feel, and how we should be treated. You people need to take some responsibility for these terrible, unnecessary and costly deaths.
