Mark Pham is a Consular Officer at the American Institute in Taiwan in Taipei.  Prior to joining the State Department, Mark worked in business development in the healthcare industry, both domestic and global.  He holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and BS from California State University of Fullerton.
