Class Rules

In my class, we follow FSDB’s Positive Behavior System (PBS).   

PBS has the “Big 3”, the big 3 represent: respect, be responsible, and cooperate.  

We focus on:

Being Respectful

Sitting quietly. 

Raising my hand.

Being kind to others.

Being kind to myself.

Not being too loud.

Not using bad language.

Not insulting others.

Being Responsible

Doing my work.

Doing my class job. 

Following directions.

Putting things away.  

Having pencils and materials ready.

Show up on time.

Being Cooperative

Helping my friends.

Sharing with my friends.

Using my hands for sign language.

Solving problems with language.  

It is important for the students to understand the expectations. 

The Rule to End All Rules:

• Simply listen to the teacher

• After being warned by the teacher, you do the same behavior again then you get a consequence

    • Behave

    • Do your work

    • Be responsible
