Book Reviews
The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus by L. Frank Baum
I read the book The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus by L.Frank Baum for the Quad Time Book Maker Club. I heavily enjoyed this book because of it's whimsical storytelling and eye-catching artwork (provided by Micheal Hauge). While I myself do not believe in Santa Claus, I did enjoy reading about the various stories and tales made about him. This book was overall very enjoyable, and I would recommended this book to any enjoyer of Christmas.

The Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore
The book we read was The Night Before Christmas. This book is about how everyone is getting ready for Christmas before Santa come to town. A very famous quote that is in this book is "Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse." This book is one of our favorites to read at Christmas time; we recommend it!

We read the book How the Cookie Crumbled, it showed us that cooking can be done in many ways. It also showed us that we can do anything we put our mind to.
A quote from this book is- "But when she pulled the cookies from the oven boy, was she wrong." Yhey're ruined!" she cried. But one of her coworkers tried it and said it was AMAZING!"
This book is awesome and you should really check it out!

The Girl With a Mind for Math by Julia Finley Mosca
The book The Girl With A Mind For Math is a great book. I recommend reading it. This book teaches you about Raye Montague's story and how she didn't let people tell her "YOU CAN'T DO IT". Raye achieved her dream even during segregation and she didn't let anything stop her. I enjoyed reading this book!
