My name is Mrs. Hansen.  I have been teaching at Robert Hunter for 31 years!  Over those years I've taught fifth grade, third grade, second grade and first grade.  Teaching first grade is my favorite!  Did you know that I went to Robert Hunter when I was in elementary school?  Robert Hunter School has a very special place in my heart!

I am married to Mr. Hansen and we have two sons, Charlie and Chase.  We also have four dogs...Pierre Garçon, Piper, Sasha, and Sadie.  We live in Flemington and love taking walks around town.

My teaching centers around creating a classroom where learning is both meaningful and FUN! I want my students to feel excited and supported to explore new ideas.  My hope is that my students take with them a lifelong love of learning.
