POSITIVE THINKING is a powerful tool that can improve your health, help you manage stress, allow you to overcome challenges, and help you make better choices. Everyone can benefit from improving their positive thinking skills! It is thought that by changing your thinking, you can control your emotions and your actions. Positive thinking skills often start with positive self-talk, which means using the voice in your head to say positive things about yourself or your situation.

Use the list of 101 positive thoughts and affirmations from the two docs below. Choose ten of your favorite ones. If you'd like, you are also welcome to use your own positivity for this activity. Record them on the doc that follows. It is titled, "MY POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND AFFIRMATIONS ." Keep that doc somewhere in your Drive so you can access it easily; maybe even "Star" it! We encourage you to use it throughout the day. Repeat those thoughts and affirmations to yourself!
