Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4: An annual $25 payment that covers two accidental damages.

A full Chromebook replacement is $296.40 and a full iPad replacement is $329.00.

While there is no cost for the use of the iPad or Chromebook, it is vital that each iPad or Chromebook issued to a student be maintained and handled in a responsible way. If the Protection Plan is not taken, you are responsible to pay for the full cost of the repair(s), which may also be the full replacement cost depending upon the scope of the damage. The Protection Plan safeguards you against accidental damage, such as, drops, falls and/or other collisions.

Students will be responsible for the entire cost of repairs or replacement to computing devices damaged as per District Policy 7523. In case of theft, an official police report will be required. The Protection Plan covers two accidental damage events.

All technology fines must be paid for students to participate in the 4th-grade, 6th-grade, and/or 8th grade class trips.
