MEETING SCHEDULE

A.  Preliminary Meeting:  Members coming back will meet in the high school library on Thursday August 21st from 11am until 12:30

B.  Informational Meeting:  Open to all current and new members, interesting in joining the team.  Date will be Tuesday September 9th in room 230 starting at 1:45 and it will run no more than 1 hour.  Students will be invited to Google Classroom where all future meetings will be posted

C.  Future Meetings:  We will post all future meetings on Google Classroom.  Meetings will be Tuesdays in September, October and November.  We will NOT meet every Tuesday, but likely meet 5-6 times before we get the case in December, to learn prep techniques, practice and learn how to use objections.

D.  December-March Meetings:  As in past years, we will meet with Prosecution/Plaintiff side on Tuesdays after school and Defense on Thursdays after school, unless otherwise changed by the team.  Wednesday evenings will be practice time in front of our attorney advisor at Hamburg Town Court or the High School Library from 6pm until 8:30pm.  More info on this will be updated by December.

**  Students will meet to plan a Chiavettas Chicken BBQ sale to fundraise for any expenses.  Information will be coming on that soon.  We will also have a vote for team President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer at likely the 2nd meeting in September.
