WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS OFF SEASON?
Hitting the gym and attempting to stay in shape can be difficult to stay motivated and accountable. Make sure to participate in the IFS Training Program, tumbling classes and our Stunt Clinics. They will continuously motivate you and ensure that you are not just training harder but training smarter to stay on top of your game and a step ahead of the competition!
TUMBLING
Execution of the skill is extremely important.... so take advantage of open tumbling classes or private lessons at the various gyms around this area.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
In order to keep up with the difficulty of our sport, we HIGHLY suggest joining one of the IFS Training programs. IFS team of coaches will lead a 60 minute strength & conditioning session for 8 weeks.
WHAT APP SHOULD I DOWNLOAD?
In your app store, search Impact Fitness Systems. Once the app is downloaded, create an account under the athlete’s name. The "Team Reserved Training" tab has all private groups to register for.
CAMP
VARSITY CAMP:
This camp is designed to focus on strong foundational skills for the upcoming season(s). The team will focus on skill training, safety, dances and most importantly, team bonding.
Where: Sweet Home High School
When: 8/28, 8/39, 8/30
Cost: $180-220/person
MODIFIED CAMP:
Where: OP & Lancaster High School
When: 9/6 & 9/7
Cost: $200-220/person
