Information and Instructions
The Pass Requests will open at 6:30 am for the current day.
Click on the Period you are looking to come to the Library
Complete the Google Form
If a pass is available for the period you are interested in you will get an email response after completing the form saying you filled it out. If there are no spaces available for the period you will either get a response that says the form is closed or it will not let you complete the form. (See examples at the end of this page).
YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL (From Google Forms) WITH YOUR NAME, DATE AND PERIOD ON IT.
Space is limited per period.
25 students when there are no other classes
10 students when I am working with a class
