Alexandra Yund - Alexandra is a senior this year and is so excited to be Co-Editor-In-Chief for this amazing group of writers, readers, and artists! She loves to write stories of all sorts and reads whenever possible--especially with her dog, Gracie. Alexandra loves taking long walks in the rain and bases many of her stories off of her experiences living in other countries. She also enjoys doing taekwondo with her sister and is always up for hearing a book recommendation!
Joe Hughes - Joe is a renaissance man. In his free time, he acts, plays guitar, leads three different clubs (Spartan News, Bible Studies, & The Rock), and studies Christian theology. He loves most two things: writing, and people. Any time spent with either of those things is time well spent to him.
Averie de Guzman - Averie is so excited for her third year at The Rock (and second year as Deputy Editor-in-Chief)! When she's not reading the fantastic work of her fellow Spartans, she can be spotted in the BHS theatre or hanging out with her cat, Eleanor.
Cole Deussen - Writer, Fencer, Circus Fanatic; Cole is a senior who spends his spare time collecting strange things and working through his many creative projects. He is ecstatic to be the Rocks, Art/Creative this year and is looking forward to see all of the amazing submissions that come in this year.
Callie Wilkinson - Callie is a senior at BHS and plans to graduate early as she goes on travel and studies abroad. She loves writing new poems and short stories and loves coming to the Rock every week.
Carson Domansky - Carson likes to write and make art and wander around at night like a lost dog. He listens to music a lot and that's about it.
William Dodge - William is a junior, unfortunately, who is very excited to be an editor. He is a humanist and obsessed with cultural anthropology, as much as a normal person can. When he isn't reading the Discworld series he is reading Wikipedia articles on history. He is part of multiple (non-athletic) clubs and cross country which he all enjoys very much even if he isn't in them half the time. He will enjoy very much editing your stuff and you should totally submit stuff.
Anne Berry - Anne’s a great writer and editor trust, here’s her cats word as proof; meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow.
Taima Elias - Taima is in his junior year. This year, he is a member of Key Club, Model UN, and the Rock! Outside of school, he plays violin in the Bainbridge Youth Orchestra, tutors at Bainbridge Youth Services, and likes to read and go hiking in his free time. His favorite subjects in school are French, Math, and History.
Audrey Yund - Audrey has two adorable pets: a dog named Gracie, and a cat named Tuna. She loved spending her time reading, drawing, or playing video games. She prefers cold, cloudy weather.
Axel Wheeler - Axel is a deep but loud person who writes well and cares deeply. He makes a good horse. He also charges interest to friends and family.
Gabriela Rellihan - Gabriela is a sophomore at BHS this year, and is excited to start her first year in The Rock! She enjoys writing fictional stories in her free time, especially mysteries, and is a member of Art Club, Key Club, and the Bainbridge Youth Choir. She also plays guitar, and loves all types of music!
Riley Cole - Riley Cole is a sophomore at BHS with a big passion for writing. She also loves Taylor Swift, k-pop, baking (especially in the fall, her favorite season) and is learning to play acoustic guitar. She looks forward to being a part of The Rock this year! :D
Rylan Schulman - Rylan is a Freshman and a highly curious person. He is trying out way too many clubs this year but enjoys them. Generally he likes to read, run in BIXC, and forget important dates. In recent years, he has gone traveling internationally, discovered a liking for certain nonfiction books, and started running XC competitively.
