Aly Harris has been involved in the pageantry arts for over a decade. She began her Colorguard career at Tarpon Springs High School in 2011 and has been following her passion for the activity ever since. Her experiences at Tarpon Springs led her to march with Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015, 2017 and 2018 and Bluecoats Indoor Winterguard in 2019.
During and after her time as a marching member, Aly began teaching and choreographing with a number of A, Open, and World class groups. Those schools include Tarpon Springs HS, Pendleton Heights HS, Lawrence Township HS, Choctaw HS, and most recently L.V Berkner HS.
Her mission is to always provide a safe environment that aids in the development of our activity from an educational standpoint while also encouraging artistic and personal growth.

Felicity Sanchez has been involved in the marching arts for nearly a decade. She began her marching career at Lone Star High School in 2016 and has cultivated a passion for the activity that she has been following ever since. After graduating, Felicity went on to march with Mirage Performance Ensemble in 2022, 2024, and most recently in 2025.
During her time as a performer, Felicity also began teaching and choreographing for Frisco Heritage and Wakeland High School. She is also currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at the University of North Texas.
Her goal is to help provide a safe, encouraging environment to help foster not only students’ technical and creative skills but a belief in their own potential.

Mark Cruz has been involved in the pageantry arts since 2022, when he began his journey at Cy-Fair High School, originally performing in the marching band as a clarinetist. His passion for performance quickly expanded into the world of color guard, where he found new opportunities for growth and artistic expression.
In 2023, Mark continued his performance career with the University of North Texas Mean Green Brigade, where he further showcased his skills. His experiences as a performer inspired him to pursue teaching, with a mission to support students in their development as both artists and individuals.
This year marks an exciting milestone in Mark’s career as he begins teaching for the first time. He joined the Wakeland High School team in 2024 during the winter guard season, where he is eager to share his knowledge, creativity, and passion for the activity.
Mark’s mission is to foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined environment that allows students to grow artistically and personally while developing a lifelong love for the pageantry arts.

Crystal Jesko has been participating in the performing arts since 2008. She began her Colorguard career at Marcus High School (Flower Mound, Tx) and continued performing in the organization for all 8 seasons. During this time, she had the pleasure to perform in many arenas, such as the UIL 6A State Marching Band competition, various BOA Superregionals, BOA Grand Nationals, and WGI World Championships. Upon high school graduation, she worked with the Guyer High School (Denton, Tx) Color Guard in 2012. The following year, she was invited to join the Wakeland High School Colorguard staff, where she proudly worked until March 2020.
Outside of high school, Crystal has had the pleasure to perform with the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps in 2015 and Color Theatre Dallas (CGT) in 2015 & 2016.
Crystal was excited to accept the invation to rejoin the program in December 2024 and is looking forward to the seasons to come!

Marguerite O'Connor has been involved in the performing arts for over a decade. Her colorguard journey began at Union High School (Tulsa, OK) in 2009, and she continued performing with them until her graduation in 2015. During her time at Union she had many incredible performance opportunities such as OBA 6A state finals, many Bands of America regionals and superregionals, Bands of America Grand National Finals, and the 2013 Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. After graduating, Marguerite began teaching the colorguard at Union High School as a proud alumni through the 2016 and 2017 school years. After moving to Texas she began working with the Wakeland colorguard in the fall of 2022.
Outside of high school Marguerite marched with the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2016 season.
Marguerites goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where all students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
