Reciprocal Thinking is to encourage an open dialogue between students and you acting as the teacher/facilitator. It's a learning strategy to integrate to access prior knowledge and apply it in a new way. it engages students in summarizing, questioning, clarifying, and predicting. In this learning strategy, students take on the role of the teacher and create their own questions about a topic or a lesson.
