Hello!
My name is Kellie Greenleaf, and I am thrilled to be the school counselor of Talley Elementary. This will be my 16th year in education. I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas. I began teaching 1st grade in Garland ISD before joining Frisco ISD in 2012, where I continued to teach 1st grade. I earned my Masters of Education in School Counseling from Lamar University, and I am working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am excited to have the privilege of getting to know and serve the students, families, and staff of Talley. Throughout the year, I will be providing guidance to all classes, conducting small group guidance counseling, and working individually with students and families. It is my commitment as the counselor to work to ensure all students feel cared for, capable, and connected to their school family, as well as have the tools they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
