Hello, my name is Shalon Foreman and I am so excited to teach first grade and be a part of your child’s education journey! This will be my second year teaching at Talley. 

I grew up in the DFW area and graduated from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. As one of three sisters, my dream of becoming a teacher started with playing school with them and I could not be more excited for this school year with your student! Outside of school, I love reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. 

I am so excited to be a part of the Talley community and the first-grade team! We are going to have such a fantastic year!
