What is The Portal?

The portal grants guardian access to the FISD Portal. The portal is a “one stop shop” for guardians to access to the various applications in Frisco including OnlineSchoolFees, student transfer forms and checking student grades and report cards.

• Guardians may activate a portal account with a username and claim code

• Password changes are self-serve

• Email ISregistration@friscoisd.org to request your username and claim code

Accessing The Gateway

• portal.friscoisd.org

• From the Frisco ISD Parents page, select The Portal found under Popular Links at the bottom of the page

Accessing HAC (Home Access Center)

• After a new portal account is set up, an overnight sync is required before the login will work for HAC

• All guardians with students in grades K - 12 have their own HAC account driven by their  portal credentials 

• All students are linked to each guardian's HAC login
