Immunizations

6th grade student’s immunization record require updating for 7th grade.  Courtesy email reminders are sent during the spring semester.

To begin 7th grade, students are required to have received: 

• Tdap:  1 dose is required if 5 or more years have passed since the last dose of tetanus-containing vaccine. 

• meningococcal conjugate vaccine/MCV4:  1 dose of quadrivalent is required on or after the student’s 11th birthday

Please bring updated immunization records to campus, email to thrones@friscoisd.org, or request one be faxed directly from your pediatrician to 469-633-4728. 

“All immunization records MUST be signed by a physician/healthcare practitioner.*

*Students may not remain enrolled in school in August with out-of-date immunizations per Texas State Law*
